Currently, we are in the digital economy era. In the digital economy, general purpose technology (GPT) such as mobile internet, artificial intelligence (AI), internet for everything (IoT), cloud computing, and others are the main driving force. Especially for increasing efficiency, productivity, economic growth such as when the steam engine and electricity were invented two centuries ago (Kotoror et al, 2021; Schmidt, 2015).

Artificial intelligence is built using advanced technology that has multi-purpose capabilities. AI has even become a more popular topic in society in recent years.

The AI technology is used by computers as a tool to help individuals, company managers, or government officials to learn new knowledge (without sitting in a classroom), to solve new and complex problems, help provide direction in adapting to new demands, and to perform tasks that should be done by a human.
